The Service is available online and it is located at https://elioplus.com/ to users who have set up an account or accounts in the Service (henceforth referred to as the “Users”).
Elioplus.com reserves the right to suspend an Account(s) without notice at times when we suspect a User intentionally violates the present Terms of Service, or sends SPAM or prohibited content. Moreover, in case of a distinct violation of the Terms, or in case of using the Service beyond the specified range of service, elioplus.com reserves the right to delete your User’s Account(s).
The Users use the Service for communication with their potential business partners (henceforth referred to as “Prospects”) and present business partners (henceforth referred to as “Partners”). Users can upload documents, Prospects’ and Partners’ information, and other content to the Service. Users can then use the Prospects’ and the Partners’ information as well as all the previously updated content to communicate with the Partners and the Prospects via email automated by the Service. Users retain all rights to all the data and content they upload to the Service and are fully responsible for it.
THE SERVICE MUST NOT BE USED FOR THE SENDING OF UNSOLICITED EMAIL (SOMETIMES CALLED “SPAM”) IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW OR FOR THE TRANSMISSION OF ILLEGAL OR PROHIBITED CONTENT.

As Elioplus’ Premium User, you agree to pay Elioplus the amount that is specified in the applicable payment plan, and you authorize Elioplus to bill your payment instrument in advance on a periodic basis in accordance with such terms. If you dispute any charges you must let Elioplus know within sixty (60) days after the date that Elioplus invoices you.
The Premium Subscription is valid for an unspecified period of time. Either of the sides can terminate the agreement without giving a reason. Complaints for wrongdoing can be filed via e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The filed complaints will be considered within 15 business days.
All amounts paid are non-refundable and we reserve the right to change our prices in the future. If we do change prices, we will provide notice of the change on the Site or in email to you, at our option, at least 30 days before the change is to take effect regarding your use of Elioplus. Your continued use of Elioplus after the price change becomes effective states for your agreement to pay the changed amount.
