Bizbee is subscription based SaaS platform for building the process automation solutions for SMB and Enterprises irrespective of industry they belong to. Process automation could be - customer enquiries, purchase orders, sales orders, expense approvals, HR related approvals, order tracking, delivery logistics and feedback management etc.

Bizbee has 150+ built-in processes applicable in any industry. After registration, a customer can pickup processes from built-in list, install, configure and start using them instantly in matter of min. Its a 10min effort for a customer to start and running after the registration. If the customer can't find relevant process in built-in list, he can create a new one from scratch.

Unique platform to all stake holders:

Unlike any other process automation tools in the market, Bizbee is a single platform for all the stake holders of a company. Be it - end users, own employees, vendors & suppliers, delivery teams etc. Customer can bring everybody (from his business) into the platform and involve them in the processes for - visibility, efficiency and accountability.

Private Labelled Mobile app :

After installation of the processes, all of them are available in the customer branded mobile app instantaneously. With this, you can expose the solution to your external stake holders like - suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners without any branding issues. Browser based platform also available in custom branded URL for external users

Integrations :

Every process details are integrated with other tools in the market using the REST API with different modes of authentication - Http Basic, Oauth1 and Oauth2. Data integration is possible in both - import/export, API and manual entry.

Bizbee captures rich amount of metrics while users going through various processes. After usage for a month, Bizbee lets you know insights on - which process is working out, which processes are getting delayed, who is doing good job; How can the processes be improved etc


Customer can implement the gamification into their work to encourage the users with - points, badges, trophies etc. Bizbee gives the rich metrics through the gamification, enable the management to take the informed decisions.
