Anti–Pass Back Functionality The system should allow each user to: • Enter only after registering an exit from a previous visit. • Exit only if an entry is on record. This prevents tailgating, card sharing, and multiple unauthorized entries. Controlled Visitor Access Visitors must be managed through: • Temporary access card • Limited duration permissions • Restriction to predefined zones • Full audit traceability
