We need the following : 1. cost of on-site visit to MTN DC to check one of the firewalls. Its down. We need to diagnose the cause. Max window 1 Hour. The visiting engineer should go the DC with his laptop, have internet connection and a console cable. Our remote team will coordinate with him. 2. Cost of supply 5x8 NBD per firewall per year. We have two firewalls at the site. they are under warranty but need the above support. 3. Please let us know different types of available support with cost
