Description

We have a Cisco C2960XR switch that is currently stuck in a continuous boot loop with the following error: Unexpected exception to CPU vector 1200 The switch does not respond to: Serial break signals (Ctrl+Break) The MODE button during boot USB console access (returns "Access Denied" when attempting to open the COM port) We suspect either a corrupted IOS image, flash/NVRAM corruption, or a damaged bootloader. We need support to either recover the bootloader or reinstall
