Cloud Storage

I am reaching out on behalf of Alliance Shipping. We are in need of cloud storage solutions in which we can easily create a hierarchy. There will be different departments and each department will be given limited access to their respective folders. Only the CEO, and manager will have full access. The service provider should offer pre and post - setup support incase we need it. Our employees will edit word/excel file at the same time, just like google doc.
