Need a auto/predictive dialler that has the ability to segment lists and then call from portions of those lists / pick data within that list from a picker on the go IE either sql or rule selections to set up to call them. Ability for API's to push data into/out of the dialler and update crm/dialler Ability for agents to have easy time managing call backs, simple UI, + scripting basic Custom fields in datalists and easy mapping
