Google Workspace

We recently got Google Workspace for non-profits. We are looking for someone to help us on Monday next week to set up our workspace, especially ensuring the user accounts can be used to upload photos. As a non-profit, our facilitators take lots of pictures of their work, and we would like to save their photos to the workspace. Would you be able to help us with our setup? Thanks, Lydia
