Hi I need a Microsoft solution To do this: The purpose of this Scope of Work is to obtain a comprehensive technical and commercial proposal from a suitably qualified Microsoft service provider for the implementation of a Microsoft-based collaboration and digital workplace environment for approximately 30 users. The organisation currently operates a mixed email hosting environment, with some users hosted on Microsoft Exchange and other users hosted with third-party email service providers. The service provider shall therefore design and implement a collaboration solution that does not require the immediate migration or replacement of existing email services. Primary objectives: file sharing; document management; Microsoft Teams; online meetings; shared calendars; collaboration; role-based access; secure document access; user administration; mobile and desktop access. Objectives: 1. Assess the existing Microsoft and email environment. 2. Establish or configure the appropriate Microsoft collaboration environment. 3. Configure approximately 30 users. 4. Establish role-based access. 5. Implement Microsoft Teams. 6. Implement SharePoint Online for document management and file sharing. 7. Configure shared calendars. 8. Configure Microsoft Teams meetings. 9. Configure appropriate security controls. 10. Configure user access and permissions. 11. Provide staff training. 12. Test the environment and provide documentation and handover. 13. Provide optional ongoing support and maintenance. 14. Recommend the most cost-effective Microsoft licensing model.
