Please include in your quote: Unit price per license, per month and per year, in KES for 2 users — Microsoft 365 Business Premium 6 users — Microsoft 365 Business Standard Confirmation of whether prices are VAT-inclusive or exclusive Whether you are a direct Microsoft CSP or resell through one Implementation/setup cost (tenant setup, domain/DNS configuration, staff onboarding, MFA and security baseline) Backup solution options and pricing for Exchange/OneDrive/SharePoint Ongoing support/helpdesk retainer options, since our current IT contact's contract ends in December 2026 and we'll need continued tenant administration after that Contract term and any discount for annual prepayment vs monthly billing
