Hi, my name is Ben Pieters. I have a 2-laptop MS 365 account under my user name ben.pieters@consulting.co.za. I cannot sign in (password does not work) and using Authenticator it sends a code to my Outlook which is not working, which is what I wanrt to report. I have no way of contacting Microsoft with this. Can you perhaps assist me? Plse do not send me an email as Outlook does not work. Either SMS or WhatsApp or phone me.
