Zoho Creator

Hi, we are a small manufacturing business and want to automate order tracking, linked to Zoho Books, i.e. when we create an invoice we want to create a "job" at the same time with an estimated lead time for example of 3 weeks so we can run reports and check status, if we are meeting our delivery KPI's and notify customers of completions, send reminder invoice, etc. I'm assuming if we are driving this through Books our stock will continue to be managed so we don't need inventory set up or anythin
