What are Partner-to-Partner Deals?
Partner-to-Partner Deals let suppliers post an opportunity and find another supplier to help deliver it. Browse open deals or post your own on Prometheon.
How it works
- A supplier posts a deal. Describing what a customer opportunity needs and the kind of partner that could help deliver it.
- Other suppliers respond. Any supplier can send a proposal to the deal, the same way proposals work on Prometheon RFQs.
- The owner reviews and decides. They shortlist, message the suppliers they like, and award the deal to one of them.
How it differs from a tender
- Tenders are requests from buyers to suppliers. Partner-to-Partner Deals are requests from a supplier to other suppliers.
- Deals live on their own board and never appear among the buyers’ tenders.
- Posting a deal is free and unlimited. Responding to one uses a proposal credit, exactly like responding to a tender.
Who can take part
Partner-to-Partner Deals are for supplier accounts. If you are not signed up yet, choose Supplier when you create your account — you will be brought straight back to the deal you were looking at.
