Partner Program Description:
* Description of our target resellers
- A sales organization that is selling, training, supporting Cupix product to the local end users. The revenue generated by selling
Cupix product to the local end users will be shared with Cupix.
- Minimum Annual Guarantee : For the purpose of ensuring a minimum amount of revenue share attributable to Cupix,
resellers are required to commit certain amount of Minimum Annual Guarantee to Cupix.
- Dedicated Staff for Sales/Technical Support : Resellers are required to have at least 1 dedicated staff for selling Cupix's product
and 1 dedicated staff for technical support to the local Cupix users.
