Partner Program Description:
The Channel Partner Model enables partners to operate independently as Sigzen ERP Applications Partners, also known as "Sigzen ERP Makers".
Sigzen ERP is a value-based business application that grows into a volume-based sales opportunity over time. The higher the monthly sales volume, the greater the partner’s earnings and recurring revenue potential.
Partner Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct discussions and product demonstrations with potential customers.
• Acquire and onboard customers from their current client base and new markets.
• Appoint a dedicated resource for managing Sigzen ERP initiatives.
• Promote Sigzen ERP consistently across all digital and social media channels.
• Establish Sigzen ERP as a core line of business.
• Execute promotional and marketing activities, including:
o Webinars
o Online Promotions
o Industry Exhibitions
o In-person Customer Meetings

5. Partner Enablement & Support
• Pre-sales training for partner representatives.
• Three months of handholding support by the Sigzen pre-sales team.
• Ongoing technical and customer support from Sigzen.

6. Implementation & Technical Assistance
Sigzen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for:
• Product demonstrations (first 6 months)
• Customer training (first 6 months)
• Ongoing technical support
• Full implementation of the ERP solution
• Continuous collaboration to maximize ERP utilization and customer satisfaction

7. Invoicing
• Invoices will be issued directly to the partner by Sigzen Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• Applicable taxes will be levied as per Indian tax regulations.

8. Lead Locking Mechanism
• Leads submitted by partners will be locked and assigned to them.
• Professional and ethical conduct is expected in all lead-related activities.

9. Sigzen Partner Policy
• The Partner Policy will be reviewed and updated periodically.
• Partners are expected to remain actively and ethically involved in business activities.
• Any form of unethical behavior may result in termination from the partner program.
