The company was founded in 2008, is headquartered in Malta and has a presence in India and the Netherlands. Amongst its customer base, Fonicom serves organizations in a vast spectrum of industry verticals and provides managed solutions to a number of blue chip organizations across the Globe.
The company also provides services to several entities within the Government of Malta and has been involved in a number of large-scale projects on the island, where we work with a number of organizations ranging from financial institutions to gaming entities.
The company is also involved in software development, through its DEV & R&D team within our India office, with particular focus on Big Data, AI, Analytics and massively scalable applications. This gives the company a significant edge when designing solutions for customers as we bring to the table expertise from all sides of the spectrum and can support and provide solutions ranging from application and database design and optimization, to infrastructure, security, security and performance monitoring and user experience optimization. In addition, Fonicom also operates Raiseaticket.com, a cloud-based helpdesk solution that is used by over 5000 global organizations. This gives us ability to cross-sell solutions to a vast potential customer base.
