(1.) Partners are free to apply their own price over and above the Resell/Transfer Price
(2.) Annual Maintenance Contract will be routed through Partner although at the backend Power Bynaries' will take care of the support and continue to accountable for it.
(3.) License/Subscription and Support/Maintenance Contract renewal through partner.
(4.) We do not need to have any visibility of the pricing between Partner and the end-customer.
(5.) Revenue will be recurring and in the specific region where Partner is located we will only go through the designated partner.
(6.) We need one person from Partner's team to be trained on our product.
