For drivers, it includes a native mobile app to review orders, get route directions, scan barcodes, capture photos, import documents, and signatures, chat with dispatch, plus clear delivery workflow instructions and real-time visibility on earnings and commissions.
For dispatchers, it includes automated route optimization and auto-dispatch, a choice of card or map-based dispatch boards to manage errors and exceptions, multiple route management options to manage recurring, return, multi-segment, continuation, zone or distance-based orders and more.
