The Opinionmeter Business opportunity supports a variety of delivery models. It supports self-service, full-service and sales with account management services. The beauty of the system architecture is that it is so simple to use, you can build a very strong recurring revenue stream by selling self-service subscriptions to the SurveyManager (each Opinionmeter device requires an annual device access license to access the SurveyManager). These subscriptions then compound with each year's renewal. In addition to the recurring self-service revenue model, you also have the ability to diversify by offering your customers full-service and added value consulting services for additional revenue. In the event the end-user prefers full-service support, the licensee provides such added-value services for additional revenue. Added value services can be provided even when the OMI Technology is sold (when end-users desire ongoing account management) as well as when it is rented or leased. Typical support services include, but are not limited to the following: leasing and installing OMI Technology, designing survey protocols and questionnaires, collecting, analyzing and reporting survey data related to the use of the Opinionmeter technology.
