Partner Program Description:
Vircom has 3 different partner programs to suit partners of all kinds:
- MSP
- Reseller
- Affiliate.
The main differences are around who owns the customer relationship and who provides L1/L2 support to the end customer.
MSP and Resellers are billed by Vircom, and bill the end customer in turn.
MSPs manage and support customers directly, and escalate technical issues to Vircom as needed.
Resellers work with the customer for all renewals, upsells, etc but the end customer works with Vircom's technical teams directly for set up, support, etc
Affiliates have their customers buy from Vircom directly, work with Vircom for provisioning, support, etc and simply receive a commission.
In all cases customers and partners receive access to all of Vircom's exclusive tools at no additional cost.
Provisioning & onboarding assistance as well as access to our technical support and customer success teams is also included.
