The tool integrates with both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and supports connection to Entra ID, allowing automatic retrieval of employee signature data and deployment of signatures without unnecessary manual work. Chillisign also connects to the Pipedrive CRM system, ensuring that emails sent from Pipedrive look identical to those sent from Outlook or Gmail.

Signatures can also include interactive banners that promote new products, seasonal campaigns, or participation in trade shows. These banners can be updated based on current campaigns or company priorities, and their impressions and click-throughs can be tracked. Ultimately, they represent an effective form of unpaid communication that spreads with every email sent.
