Toople’s Partner Channel works closely with VARS, IT Consultants and Reseller Partners who may or may not with their own Billing, CRM platform and white label services.
Whether you decide to take control of your own customer, mark-up your own margins and set your own tariffs or resell Toople services for a recurring commission, we have the capability and infrastructure to manage all the billing, provisioning and customer services depending on your business appetite.
Toople provides straightforward and practical advice including our very own in-house built and easy to use CRM System enabling our partner's full control to provision 24/7 and full visibility of all customers records and statuses. What’s more, we can manage your billing using your own company brand while you concentrate on growing your business and spending more time with your customers.
Toople also provides Commercial Support and face to face training plus any marketing collateral required. Lastly, we provide all our channel partners with a UK based one-stop support resolution Account Manager, so you won’t be moved from one department to another.
We expect our partners to have been established in the UK, have their own infrastructure and route to market strategy.
