i. On top of license margin, implementator gets to keep 100% of implementation services and level 1 support fee
ii. If partner is unable to customise via programming or fully implement, it is possible to outsource directly to Multiable and yet earn outsoruce margin
4) Direct training to partner's sales, implementation and programming teams and to provide support to assistant partner
