Varibill (Pty) Ltd is focused on the delivery of billing and revenue management software. Varibill was conceived in 2013 from the need of organisations in the ICT industry to bill for recurring, variable consumption of various products and services provisioned to their clients.
Varibill is aimed at providers of usage-based products or services who would like to bill their clients based on their actual variable consumption and mid-cycle upgrades, downgrades, signups and cancellations. Varibill offers a recurring, variable billing solution that automatically collect client consumption over time from the various disparate sources on which products or services were provisioned. Unlike traditional accounting and billing systems, Varibill doesn’t take a snapshot of your usage on billing day, is third party system agnostic and allows you to generate a consolidated invoice across multiple product offerings.
Varibill seamlessly integrates with ERP, CRM, Provisioning and Accounting systems and consist of a standard billing module, with the potential of additional modules (e.g. Sales Module, Dealer and Wholesaler Module).
More than 40 disparate sources have been integrated with Varibill to date and all the majour accounting systems have been integrated with Varibill.
Varibill is aimed at servicing SME’s within the ICT space, but caters for IoT, metering-, printing-, business solutions, internal billing and more.
Partner Program Description:
Varibill has a referral partner programme where referral partners are paid between 10 and 20% on monthly recurring revenue that is billed to the referral partners client.
Referrals will be logged on Varibill CRM to register leads against a lead register to ensure that no duplications between referral partners.
Partners will be expected to qualify leads before registering.
