Partner Program Description:
3 Tier levels, Silver, Gold and VAD. Each with different margins based on volume sales and commitment to our partner program.
• 3 Partner Tiers: Authorized and Advanced Partners need to purchase from the VAD to limit issuing terms and collections from each partner, less risk/headache.
o Authorized (Silver) Reseller: Entry-level tier with baseline benefits and access to core product offerings. Annual Sales Commitment $100,000 ARR or $25,000 ARR per quarter.
o Advanced (Gold) Partner: Mid-level tier with enhanced margins, priority support, and co-marketing opportunities. Annual Sales Commitment $300,000 ARR or $75,000 ARR per quarter.
o Strategic VAD (Value-Added Distributor): Top-tier partnership with the highest discounts, exclusive deals, and joint business planning. Minimum 500 or 1000 partners or MSPs under their belt. Annual Sales commitment $1 mm annual ARR or $250,000 ARR per quarter.
• Set Discount Margins, Deal Protections, and Benefits:
o Authorized Reseller: 20% discount on product pricing.
o Advanced Partner: 30% discount, with tiered increases for higher sales volume.
o Strategic VAD: 40% discount, plus exclusive rights to specific regions or verticals.
• Deal Registration Benefits:
o Additional 5% discount for registered deals with a minimum requirement on users count
o Priority access to technical support for registered opportunities.
o Dedicated account manager for complex deal assistance.
