Our software is sold directly to customers in the UK, Germany, Sweden, the Benelux and the US and through an expanding network of re-sellers worldwide.
Our software solutions are developed by teams of highly skilled and innovative developers in the UK, Sweden and Germany. The increasingly close collaboration between them enables us to accelerate the development process and facilitates the incorporation of major drivers of change into our software offering.
Partner Program Description:
Partnering with Elecosoft
Elecosoft believe that when entering into a partnership there should be expectations from both the new partner and Elecosoft. Upon signing a partnership, a Partner Bond will be agreed, which outlines these expectations from both the partner and Elecosoft. The Bond will outline training schedule, knowledge improvement, sales and marketing assistance and a continued dialog between Elecosoft and the partner
Partner Levels
Elecosoft has three levels of partners. These have associated benefits and rewards along with different levels of commitments from the partner and Elecosoft.
A Partner Level comparison table is included in this section, which outlines the differences, Partners will always can either step up a level (as long as they are agreed on the new commitments) or down grade their level (accepting the lesser benefits)
Elecosoft reserve the right to move a partner down a level is they are not performing to the agreed requirements. Elecosoft cannot increase a partners level unless agreed with the partner.
Associate Partner
As an Associate partner, you will have the ability to introduce Elecosoft products to customers for an introduction fee, there will be no requirement for you to support the customer and during the introduction phase, you will be assisted by a Level 1 or Level 2 Elecosoft partner. Once the opportunity is closed, there is no further commitment required by an Associate Partner.
An Associate Partner is not required to fulfil any forecasting, product sales and technical standards and purely acts as an introduction representative.
Level 1
At this level of partnering with Elecosoft, there are several expectations by Elecosoft from the partner and likewise, expectations by the Partner from Elecosoft. The Partner would be expected to undertake a level of sales, marketing and product training, but would not need d to support customers direct, they would receive a commission for software sold and a small for product support and maintenance renewals, with Elecosoft direct or via a Level 1 Partner servicing the customers first line support.
Partners at this level would be given access to noncommercial software licences and direct access to Elecosoft Channel Managers. They would be expected to submit monthly forecast and annual business plans.
Level 2
Level 2 Partners would have all of the Level 1 benefits and commitments but would receive repeated revenue for maintenance from customers. They would be expected to provide 1st line maintenance and deals directly with the customers on all support issues with the backup of the Elecosoft support 2nd line support.
Elecosoft would expect staffing for sales, Marketing and support and would want to certify that they meet a standard of knowledge.
Participation in mutual funded marketing activities, access to beta versions of the software products. Quarterly discussions with Elecosoft Group representative, Ability to appoint sub resellers with Elecosoft agreement.
