Partner Program Description:
We have an open pricing model

We can give access to the API’s if some integration development needs to be done
Passive approach - If partner pushes a client to use our platform - year 1 - 20%, year 2 - 15% & year 3 - 10% commission on the length of the contract.
They will need to take care of the Integration if they need to connect other platforms
Anything that touches WMS we will do the integrations
Commercial resellers agreement.
Contracts - who sends it to the client?
Ask for a geography scope of the client they work with
Exclusivity is something we can discuss further down the line - depending on the success as we are speaking with several other resellers
Are they going to proactively resell for us? Promote us?
Decrease our marketing campaign if they actively resell for us and we will increase the commission percentages
We will handle support
Announce us on all your social media platforms, newsletters
We can put the partners we work with on our website and we expect the same from them
Our development for the next few months is stacked up
