Today, in addition to the basic service of automatic shifts schedule, Otipo gets information about the employees and gives the management a brighter picture about the different employees; their social state in the organisation, alerts on an employee with higher rates of quitting, social connections between the employees in the organisation and more.

Our clients are large companies who have employees working shifts. The larger the company is and the more employees they have, the bigger value Otipo will give and more money will be on the table.


Otipo charges it's customers per employee.

The basic service costs 3$ per employee.

The hr intelligence costs are 5$ per employee.

Otipo can offer 5% to 10% for a period of between a year to the whole customer's life cycle.
