Our partner program is flexible in that we ask our partners what products and what services they are able to market and support. Partners can elect to sell one or more of our products and can also elect to provide one or more of our services such as consulting and training.
The one service we always retain is support. We provide free support to our customers and 1-800 telephone and email support to all of our customers all over the world. The reseller can elect to be the interface for the customer where there are time and language differences.
Our products are all multi-lingual capable and we will assist our partners to implement the local language. Dual-byte and Asian languages are supported.
There are fixed percentages for software and services margins depending upon the scale of the partner relationship (e.g., Distributor, Reseller, Consultant, Spotter, etc).
There is a requirement for partners wanting to provide services to undergo formal training.
We provide assistance to partners for difficult installation, consulting, conversion and configuration projects where we can bring to bear our 33 calendar years of experience installing, configuring and supporting our products.
