Overview:
Timeero is a GPS Time and Attendance tracking solution. Timeero enables employees to quickly clock in and out of jobs. Once employees log in, their GPS location is picked up and tracked every 10 minutes, and employers can see who is working in real time from the Manager's Web Dashboard. Employers can define a Geofence, which is a set radius around a job site. If employees clock in or out away from this Geofence, their time entry is flagged on their time sheet report for the employer or manager's attention.
Employees can also clock in via facial recognition so employers know that the employee is actually the person clocking in or out of work. This eliminates buddy punching.
Timeero also offers mileage tracking, where employers can accurately track how many miles employees have driven for a particular job or the total miles driven for a particular time period.
With Timeero, employers can run employee time sheet reports with a few clicks and export these reports as PDF or CSV files for easy payroll processing. Timeero also integrates into QuickBooks for automated processing of payroll from time sheet data.
Timeero provides employers with scheduling capabilities, where they can create and assign schedules to employees. Employees can access their schedule in real time.
Timeero also offers a white glove payroll service, where employers simply submit the time sheets for a period and our qualified HR personnel and Accountants process the payroll, withhold taxes, and submit direct deposits or mail paychecks to employees. Employees can log in to their portal and view their pay history, or upload their W-4 and I-9 documents. Timeero processes W-2s and 1099s at tax time and submits them to employees to file their taxes.
